1. About BulkDataMover

BulkDataMover is a Shopify catalog-management and bulk-product-editing application provided by Tunabear Inc (“BulkDataMover,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

The service includes tools for product/catalog editing, previews, history and supported rollback, scheduled changes, tagging workflows, CSV import/export, SEO analysis, and optional AI-assisted SEO features. Features may vary by plan and may change over time.

2. Eligibility and Shopify account

You must have authority to act on behalf of the Shopify store that installs or uses BulkDataMover. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Shopify account and for complying with Shopify’s own agreements, policies, and platform requirements.

Shopify is a third-party platform. These Terms are between you and Tunabear Inc; Shopify is not a party to these Terms.

3. Your responsibilities

• Use BulkDataMover only for stores and data you are authorized to manage.
• Review proposed edits before saving them, especially large or destructive bulk actions.
• Maintain reasonable backups or safeguards for business-critical information.
• Use the service in compliance with applicable law and Shopify’s platform rules.

4. Bulk edits, previews, history, and rollback

BulkDataMover is designed to help you preview and manage catalog changes, but you remain responsible for reviewing and authorizing the changes you apply to your Shopify store.

Saved batches may be recorded in History and supported changes may be reverted through the app. Rollback is not absolute. Certain destructive actions cannot be restored exactly:

• Deleting an image is permanent and the deleted image cannot be restored by BulkDataMover.
• A deleted variant may be recreated as a new variant during rollback, but its prior stock levels and order history do not return with the recreated variant.

BulkDataMover may display warnings before destructive actions. You are responsible for reading and acting on those warnings.

5. Scheduled actions

If you schedule changes, including price promotions or automatic restoration, you are responsible for confirming the selected products, conditions, amounts, dates, and times before scheduling them.

Scheduled functionality depends on Shopify, our hosting infrastructure, network connectivity, and other systems outside our sole control. You should verify time-sensitive promotions and other critical changes after they are scheduled or executed.

6. CSV import and export

You are responsible for the accuracy and suitability of files you upload. BulkDataMover may ignore unrecognized columns or match rows to products using supported identifiers such as product ID or handle. Review previews and validation information before applying imported changes.

7. AI-assisted SEO features

Eligible plans may include AI-generated SEO title and meta-description suggestions. When you use these features, relevant product/catalog fields may be sent to REPLACE_AI_PROVIDER to generate suggestions.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, or unsuitable for your store. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing it and for ensuring that published content complies with applicable law, third-party rights, advertising rules, and your own brand standards.

AI features are assistive tools and do not guarantee search-engine rankings, traffic, sales, or other results.

8. Plans, billing, and plan changes

BulkDataMover may offer free and paid plans. Current features, limits, and prices are displayed in the app and/or its Shopify App Store listing.

Paid app charges are processed through Shopify’s app billing systems. By choosing a paid plan, you authorize the applicable Shopify charge and agree to pay the amount presented to you by Shopify.

You may upgrade or downgrade among available plans through the app, subject to Shopify’s billing and subscription mechanics.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use BulkDataMover to:

• Violate applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Access or modify a Shopify store without authorization.
• Interfere with, overload, probe, disrupt, or attempt to bypass the security of the service.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use automated means in a way that materially disrupts the service or imposes unreasonable infrastructure load.
• Distribute malicious code or facilitate fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.

10. Intellectual property

BulkDataMover, including its software, branding, website content, user interface, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Tunabear Inc and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use BulkDataMover for your authorized Shopify stores while your access remains active. You retain ownership of your store data and content, subject to the permissions necessary for us to process that data to provide the service.

11. Third-party services

BulkDataMover depends on third-party services, including Shopify, hosting/infrastructure providers, and the AI provider used for optional AI features. Their services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, technical limitations, downtime, and changes.

We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Availability and changes to the service

We may update, modify, add, or remove features to improve the service, maintain compatibility with Shopify, address security or legal requirements, or respond to operational needs.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

13. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BulkDataMover is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent those disclaimers are permitted by law.

BulkDataMover does not guarantee that edits, automations, SEO recommendations, AI output, or other actions will produce any particular commercial, search, traffic, conversion, or revenue result.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither BulkDataMover nor Tunabear Inc will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data, arising from or related to your use of the service.

16. Suspension and termination

You may stop using BulkDataMover at any time and may uninstall the app through Shopify. You remain responsible for charges already incurred under applicable Shopify billing terms.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, material breach of these Terms, misuse of the service, or protection of our systems or other users.

17. Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in the BulkDataMover Privacy Policy.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest published version. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the app, this website, Shopify, email, or another appropriate channel where required.
